We use only the highest quality materials in the manufacture of our jewelry, and each piece is inspected prior to shipment to ensure its excellence. If ever there is an issue with your jewelry or you require additional services that are not covered by our lifetime warranty, you can mail your jewelry back to our office for evaluation*. We will notify you before performing any service and any applicable charges will be communicated upfront.
